Exchange a product for another item, or

Return a product for Store Credit

Eligibility Window

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Damaged / Defective / Missing Items

To claim a free exchange in case of any defect, damage, or missing item, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

• Clearly show the outer shipping box

• Show the package being opened from start to finish

• Have all seals intact and untampered

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Store Credit Policy

Store Credit is valid for 120 days from the date of issue.

• An exchange against the same Credit Note can be made a maximum of two times.

Store Credit is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.

Sale Items

• We do not offer exchanges during an ongoing sale for items purchased before the sale.

Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange or return at any time.

Wear & Tear / Post-Use Damage

• We do not offer returns or exchanges for damages caused due to wear and tear.

• If the product incurs damage such as breakage or scratches after 7 days of delivery, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, we’ll ensure you receive what you love—without worrying about return shipping costs.

All items are subject to a quality check before replacement or Store Credit is issued.

After the product is received and passes our Quality Check (QC):

• A replacement product will be dispatched OR

• Store Credit will be issued, as applicable

No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Each Umriva piece is made using premium-quality materials for long-lasting wear, and we are happy to assist you with exchanges or Store Credit.

We only refund an amount if, in an unlikely scenario, an item has been delivered to you defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or want to return it, send us an email at support@umriva.com
